We provide service coverage across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
- Selangor & Klang Valley: Standard service fee of RM150
- Other Peninsular Malaysia locations: Charges vary depending on the area
- Sabah & Sarawak: Pricing is based on specific regional factors
Is installation included with the purchase?
- Smart Locks: Installation is free(within Klang Valley).
- Smart Home Devices: Installation charges apply and vary depending on the number of devices purchased.
What should I do if a device is not working properly?

Can I request the same technician for future visits?
Yes, you can request a specific technician. However, this is subject to their availability. Advance booking is recommended.
Do technicians provide demonstrations or tutorials during installation?
Yes, our technicians will provide a full walkthrough and tutorial on how to use your smart home or smart lock system after installation.
Do your technicians handle emergency situations?
Yes, emergency services are available depending on the severity of the issue. Urgent cases will be prioritized, and our team will respond as quickly as possible.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our smart home products come with a 1 year warranty, while our smart lock products are covered by a comprehensive 2 years warranty.
Can I control my smart devices remotely, even when I’m overseas?
Absolutely. As long as your home has a working internet connection and your phone is online, you can control your smart devices from anywhere in the world.
What if I forget my smart lock password?
You can unlock the door using alternative methods such as your fingerprint, IC card, or mobile app. You can also reset your password by following our YouTube video guide
Can I repair a device myself if it’s broken?
We strongly recommend contacting our support team instead of attempting self-repair. This helps preserve your warranty and prevents potential damage.
Do you provide extra batteries for smart locks?
We don’t include extra batteries by default. However, you can purchase them from our Shopee store. or request them as an add-on during your initial purchase
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Payex (FPX Online Banking) and direct bank transfers.
Do I need to pay before or after installation?
Full payment is required before installation.
How much does maintenance service cost?
- Service Fee: Starts from RM150 (depend on location)

Can I cancel or request a refund for a paid service or device?
Yes, cancellations or refunds are allowed before Installation or Stock Order. Please contact our team to process your request.

No, all fees are transparent. There are no hidden charges.
What should I do if the smart lock battery dies?
You can unlock the door using the emergency mechanical key or by temporarily powering the lock with a power bank.
- AA/AAA battery models: Replace with AA/AAA batteries (e.g., GP or Maxwell).
- Lithium battery models: Charge the removable battery for 6 hours.
The app is not detecting my smart lock. What should I do?
Start by updating your app to the latest version. If the issue persists, contact our technical support for further troubleshooting.
Can I use different batteries from the recommended ones?
No, alternative batteries are not allowed, we recommend using GP Alkaline Battery or Maxell brands for safety and reliability. You can find recommended options on our Shopee store.
