Terms & Condition

HOME+ HD1 S LOCK Pre-Order and Launch Promotion (“Promo”) is organized by MK Perwaja Sdn.  Bhd.  (1190041T)

General Terms

  1. Campaign Period:
    • Pre-Order Period: 24 February – 23 March 2025
    • First Sale Period: 24 March – 20 April 2025
    • Official Launch: 21 April 2025
  2. Eligibility:
    • The campaign is open to all homeowners, including new customers.
  3. Payment Terms:
    • Pre-Order & First Sale promotions: are valid within the stated periods only. Orders placed outside these dates will not be eligible for promotional prices or add-on gifts.
    • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure the pre-order price and promotional benefits.
  4. Delivery & Installation:
    • Installation booking: Customers can purchase during the campaign period and book installation anytime within 1 year from the purchase date.
    • Installation Area: The promotion applies only to Smart Lock purchases that are delivered and installed within Klang Valley and Johor Bahru.
    • Additional charges: may apply for installations outside these region.
  5. Stock Availability:
    • This promotion is subject to limited stock availability. Home+ Malaysia reserves the right to end the promotion early if stock runs out.
  6. Modification of Terms:
    • Home+ Malaysia reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • The RM100 Future Purchase Voucher is:
    • Valid for 12 months from the date of Purchase.
    • For end-user purchases only (non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash).
    • Redeemable only for future purchases and cannot be used on the current order.
    • Only one voucher per transaction is allowed.
    • The voucher cannot be used to purchase services or installation fees.
    • The voucher is redeemable only for future purchases and cannot be applied to the current order in which it was issued.

Home+ Malaysia reserves the right to reject any voucher misuse or adjust voucher terms if necessary.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • Warranty & After-Sales Support

    • The HD1S Smart Lock comes with a standard 2-year warranty.
    • Customers who qualify for the free 1-year extended warranty will receive a total of 3 years of warranty coverage only for  HD1S Lock
    • Extended warranty is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash..

Note:

  • This Promo can only be used for single transaction, normal priced items and cannot be bundled with other ongoing promotions.
  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers or promotional codes.
  • The promotion is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • This Promo and the Free Gifts are conducted on a first come first served basis and subject to the availability. 
  • Home+ reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Promo without any prior notice and reason.
  • Any cancellation, termination, or suspension of the promotion shall not entitle customers to any claims, compensation, or refunds for losses incurred.
