How do I refer someone?
Just share your name (used during your Home+ purchase) with your friend, family member, or colleague. They must mention your name to our sales team at the time of purchase to activate the referral.
Is the 3% discount transferable or reusable?
No. The 3% discount is a one-time benefit for first-time buyers and cannot be transferred to others or reused in the future.
When and how will I receive my referral reward?
Referral rewards are paid via bank transfer within 7 business days after the referred customer completes their installation. Please ensure your bank details are updated with Home+.
What purchases qualify for rewards and discounts?
Only the device portion of the purchase is eligible. Installation, programming, and service fees are excluded from both the 1% referral reward and the 3% discount.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No limit at all. You can refer as many people as you like. The more you refer, the more you earn.
What if the referred customer cancels or refunds their order?
If the referred customer cancels their order or requests a refund, the referral reward will be voided.
